My journey has taught me that life's greatest challenges do not erase our purpose; they often reveal it. The challenges were where I discovered my strength and resilience.
For more than two decades, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families as they navigated trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the search for meaning. Throughout that journey, I realized people don't simply need advice; they need clarity, hope, practical tools, and someone who believes in their potential until they can believe in themselves.
Bow Tie Ambition is more than a coaching and consulting organization. It is a place where people are encouraged to pause, rediscover who they are, and intentionally move toward the life they were created to live. Through transformational coaching, our Journey Boards™ workshops, and faith-centered encouragement, my mission is to help people uncover their purpose, build confidence, and achieve their vision.
Whether I'm working with an individual, a family, a church, or an organization, my goal is always the same: to help people find their next step and give them the tools to keep moving forward.

Why the Bow Tie?

People often ask why I chose a bow tie to represent my brand. The answer is simple, it reminds me of my father. Whenever I think of a bow tie, I think of dignity, excellence, strength, and showing up with purpose. Those are qualities my father embodied, and they inspired Bow Tie Ambition™, LLC Transformational Coaching.
To me, the bow tie is more than an accessory. It represents the decision to rise above life's challenges with confidence, character, and intention. It reminds us that no matter where we've been or what we've experienced, we can choose to move forward with purpose.
Bow Tie Ambition™, LLC Transformational Coaching was created to honor that legacy while helping others discover their own. Every workshop, coaching session, Journey Boards™, and conversation is rooted in one belief: every person carries purpose. Sometimes all they need is someone to help them discover it.
